Trekking to the ruins of the Inca city of Choquequirao. Three days of a hard mountain march. Generally, 1500 meters down and then 1500 meters up and return the same way. We had a great trip. The Incas for its mountain temples or residences chose a place where you can see the landscape perfectly. In the archaeological park located at 3000 meters above sea level the mountain tropical forest has survived. From the valley of the river Apurimac flew over us a couple of rotating condors.
